Hold Harmless Agreement: Prior to attending your first event organized or hosted by Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches, you will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement. This agreement releases Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches, its affiliates, partners, and sponsors from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur during the event.
Event Participation: Participation in any events organized or hosted by Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches is voluntary. You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in such events, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property: All content featured on LillyLovesPB.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Return and Refund Policy

Products and Services:

Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches operates with a strict no return or refund policy for all products and services. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and refunds or returns will not be provided.

Events:

For events organized by Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches, ticket holders have the option to transfer their ticket to another individual up to 2 weeks prior to the event. To initiate a ticket transfer, please follow these steps:

Find a replacement attendee who is willing to take your place at the event.
Once you have received payment from the buyer, whom you are transferring your space to, please complete this form: https://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/b5029fkh1p2eW06.

Note: No transfers may be made within 2 weeks of the event date.

Please note that ticket transfers are subject to approval and availability. Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches reserves the right to deny any transfer requests that do not comply with our policies or may disrupt the event's organization.
