By using LillyLovesPB.com, attending events, shopping in person, or submitting payment for any event or activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this website, shopping at the boutique, or participating in any event hosted by Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or attending events.

1. Purchases

All purchases made through LillyLovesPB.com are nonrefundable. By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Photo Release

By attending any events hosted or organized by Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches, you grant permission for photos and/or video to be taken and used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and our website.

3. Hold Harmless

By attending any event or participating in any activity hosted by Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches, you agree to hold harmless and release Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches, its owner, affiliates, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss incurred before, during, or after the event.

4. Event Participation

Participation in any events or activities organized by Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches is voluntary. You assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to physical activity, group interaction, and the use of shared spaces.

5. Club Membership Acknowledgment

By registering and paying for any social event, you acknowledge that your participation includes temporary guest membership to Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches’ private club. This designation allows access to members-only events and experiences.

6. Facility Use & Restroom Access

Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches hosts both public resale weekends and private social club events.

Please note: There is no restroom access available to the public during resale weekends. For safety and traffic flow, the checkout area is positioned in front of the restroom and cannot be moved during these events.

For private social club events, guests receive temporary membership for the duration of the event. As a private club, ADA public accommodation standards do not apply. While the space is not fully wheelchair accessible, I make reasonable efforts to ensure comfort and access for all members when possible.

By attending any event or visiting the boutique, you acknowledge and accept these facility limitations.

7. Event Ticket Policy

All event tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, your ticket cannot be transferred to another person or credited toward a future event. Many events are scheduled outside of typical meal times and do not include food unless otherwise noted. Please arrive on time to ensure events run smoothly.

8. Conduct & Community Standards

Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches is built on kindness, community, and respect. By attending any event or participating in any activities, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward all attendees, volunteers, and hosts. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unkind behavior may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future participation.

9. Payment Processing & Fees

All prices listed include applicable sales tax and a 15% processing fee, which covers state and local tax, credit card fees, and operational expenses related to managing events and online transactions. This fee is nonrefundable.

10. Boutique Shopping Policies

Due to the nature of resale and consignment, all boutique sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or holds will be permitted. Please inspect all items carefully before purchase. Jewelry and high-value accessories may be kept in a locked case and require staff assistance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content featured on LillyLovesPB.com—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the website, or participation in any events.

13. Updates to Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use LillyLovesPB.com or participating in any events, you agree to the most current version of these terms.
